XP with the math shown
Session XP is exercise XP plus 5 per minute, multiplied by the category: from ×0.8 for flexibility to ×1.5 for HIIT.
Log exercises, sets, reps and load. LevelMaxing estimates your 1RM, scores the session in XP and routes it to the muscle groups you trained.

What you get
Session XP is exercise XP plus 5 per minute, multiplied by the category: from ×0.8 for flexibility to ×1.5 for HIIT.
Multi-joint movements earn ×1.3 over isolation work, on top of a volume bonus of 2 XP per rep.
Each set runs through the formula suited to its rep range: Brzycki for 2–6 reps, Epley for 7–10, Lander for 11–15.
The primary muscle takes 70% of an exercise’s XP and the secondary 30%, so every group levels on its own curve.
How it works
Strength, cardio, HIIT, calisthenics, yoga or flexibility. The category sets the XP multiplier.
Add exercises from the library with sets, reps and weight, plus the session length.
XP, estimated 1RM, MET-based calories and muscle XP are calculated the moment you save.
The same XP moves your level, rank, daily quests, Guild XP and any raid you have joined.
What’s measured
Keep exploring
LevelMaxing assigns three daily quests from the pool for your current rank. Logged training advances them automatically — there is nothing to tick off.
Start from an evidence-based template — full body, upper/lower, or strength plus walking — and follow it week by week with a daily readiness check.
Badges and titles unlock through real training milestones, such as reaching level 5 in a muscle group.
