A raid gives your guild one shared target: a boss with a fixed HP pool and a deadline. Every XP point from a logged workout is one point of damage — so the boss falls to whoever keeps showing up.

How raids work
No separate logging and no special workouts. Raids run on the training you already do.
A leader founds the guild and members join until it reaches capacity. Each person belongs to one guild at a time.
A leader or officer names the boss, sets its HP — any whole number — and picks the start and end dates.
Members join the raid. XP from every workout completed after joining, inside the raid window, is dealt as damage.
Each raid carries a synergy multiplier — 1.0× by default — set when the raid is created and shown on the boss card.
The raid closes when HP reaches zero or the end date passes. The contribution board keeps who dealt what, and every workout also adds to Guild XP.
Your damage in a raid
damage = Σ XP of workouts completed after joining, between the start and end dates

FAQ
Anything else? The mechanics page covers how the underlying XP is calculated.
XP from workouts you complete after joining the raid and between its start and end dates. One XP is one point of damage. Quest XP does not count.
Your damage is recalculated from your workouts in the raid window, and the boss’s HP updates to match. The board always reflects what was actually logged.
Guild leaders and officers. They choose the boss name, its HP and the dates, and can remove a raid if plans change.
No. A raid belongs to one guild, and only that guild’s members can join it. You can be in one guild at a time.
When the boss’s HP reaches zero, or when the end date passes — whichever happens first.
Starting and joining a raid needs a Pro or Elite plan. Anyone can view active raids and their contribution boards.
Yes. The mechanics are identical; only the words change — a Guild Raid in Gamified mode is a Team Challenge in Classic and a Circle Challenge in Woman mode.
