Scaled to where you are
An E-Rank quest asks for 3 strength exercises. An S-Rank quest asks for 10,000 kg of total volume.
LevelMaxing assigns three daily quests from the pool for your current rank. Logged training advances them automatically — there is nothing to tick off.

What you get
An E-Rank quest asks for 3 strength exercises. An S-Rank quest asks for 10,000 kg of total volume.
Strength quests count exercises, reps or kilograms; cardio quests count cardio and HIIT minutes; consistency quests need one logged workout.
Daily quests in the starter pool pay 80–150 XP at E-Rank and 600 XP at S-Rank.
Each set of quests stays open until 23:59 the following day, so a late-evening session still counts.
How it works
When you have no open daily quests, three new ones are drawn for your rank.
Every workout completed inside the quest window counts toward matching quests.
Completed quests add their XP to your total, which moves your level and rank.
What’s measured
Keep exploring
Log exercises, sets, reps and load. LevelMaxing estimates your 1RM, scores the session in XP and routes it to the muscle groups you trained.
Habits, focus sessions and a short journal, tracked day by day — so the small things add up where you can see them.
A global ranking by total XP, the people just above and below you, and time-boxed competitions on the metric that matters to your crew.
